Order processes

The order process for the customized puzzle can be made via email (customizedpuzzle@gmail.com) or phone. You can choose to email me all the pictures to my email address and I will response to your inquiry within a working day. Should you have any doubts of the ordering process, you can also call me first (96704167) to clarify. After confirming the ordering date and product, payment can be made via internet banking, ATM transfer or credit card payment. For ATM or internet banking, kindly assist to transfer to POSB Saving account @ 003597563. As for credit/debit card payment, an electronic payment by Paypal will be sent to your email address. For rest of countries except Singapore, the cost of the puzzles are as follow:
1) A1 size jigsaw puzzle without frame: USD 109.90 - include free worldwide delivery.
2) A2 size jigsaw puzzle without frame: USD 58.90 - Delivery fee of USD 25.00 will be imposed.
3) A3 size jigsaw puzzle without frame: USD 29.90 - Delivery fee of USD 25.00 will be imposed.
